I have no idea who your chaceter is but It's obvius he's the "dim" one. While I do like the horrid miss-matching of stories it's a bit too random to be really funny, to me.

Personally, I'm getting tired of the :3 face on chacters, If he had been more deadpan, I might have liked it more.

Now i did like the voices, even though I can't understand them. The voices were clear and crisp, It's nice to see better recordings in flashes now. 4/5 7/10 Because I think it deserves more than a 3 but not queit an 8.

I know h=this has been said but the contorls hinder the game too much for me to play. I beat the third boss then I just quit. The controls were too unresponsive. If I hit right I want ot face right, not face right half a second later. Also the controls seemed to be les resopnsive when more enemies appeaperd on screen, not lag they just stopped responding right. Even if the controls were great, this would only be a 7. More music and some better layout for the commands. Maybe i was too fast but i could only do the fist of king once. But I'm not sure if that's the unresponsive nes of the controls or a falsh limitation.

Over all it was ok, but has a lot more potential. 5/10 3/5

Nice animations and sounds. I liked the finishers, aswell. I thought it was impossiable to get a lot of pain points, at first. But then I relised that setting the temp to -1 would make him get hurt, you would gain pain points, and he heals faster than he gets hurt. So I didn't have to hurt him, wait a few minutes, hurt him; just set it and fo get it. Normally, I like to hurt then let them rest so they can be hurt some more but that was takeing too long. and I don't like to spend an hour playing a flash game, even if it's a really good one.

Again, well done and I hope to see more good stuff. 4/5 7/10.

Your animation was good. The audio messed it up. If you didn't just dub over parts of the overdrive song, and just made a new song, it would have been good. But since I can still here all of the old audio, it just makes the flash look bad. Now, the the voices you recorded did sound good; abit too loud, it just makes the dubing more obvious. Over-all it just comes off as an imitation, not a parody or even "your" version of overdrive.

It's not a bad start, a lot better than alot of things that have past. First the good: You made the sounds sync very well with the animation, you had good quality in the sounds, you had an actual back ground/that looked nice, and the sprites looked good.

Now the bad bits: You pretty much had the same background with little movement for a good streach; it detracts from the illusion of movement/speed, The sprites need more in-between movement or at least giveing them an after image (so it will look like they were actually moveing and not just replaceing one sprite with another), Adding some blurr to them would also help to show movement, Finally scaleing the sounds to fit how far they are in the background would give it a better touch.

Lastly, I know who Bardock an Turles are, but they have no reason for fighting. When you make a fight scene It's best to have a little story behind it, espacially if you are useing established characters from a series. At current, it's mediocre but you can get better and bring some good stuff to the table. Good Luck and God Speed. (b^_^)b 3/5 5/10

I watched Metal Gear Awesome, twice a day for a week and was still laughing out loud on the sixth day(I still chuckle to this day). I've watched Metal Gear Awesome 2 as many times since it's release, and I still laugh at that line and most of the other jokes.

I do kind of miss the bolder lines but I like this stlye all the same.

[rant] OT, What the hell is with people getting mad at vidio game observations?! Do none of you people know what a parody is? What do you think gamers have been telling jokes about, since games have been created? Funny things about the games they like. If you haven't played and enjoyed MGS, then you won't get or enjoy most of the humor. [/rant]
